1. Send the survey to your gmail using the "send form" function. 2. In your gmail, scroll down the whole email content and then press copy. 3. Compose a new email, press paste, and add whatever other contents you want in the email (At this point, you won't be able to write anything on the survey bar or click the bullets) 4. Send out the email (If you send this email to yourself, at this point, you will be able fill out the survey and check the survey results)
